PROTOCOL

Client Access

A secure environment for engaged clients.

Client Access is being built as the place a client's security program lives — its current state, its access register, its documents, and its procedures. It is not open yet.

In Development

Current status

There is nothing to sign in to.

In Development

Protocol has deliberately not published a sign-in form for a system that does not yet accept credentials. When Client Access opens, engaged clients will be provisioned directly and told how to reach it.

Until then, no credentials should be entered anywhere claiming to be Protocol Client Access. Protocol will not ask for a password by email.

Scope in development

What it is being built to hold.

These are design intentions for the environment, not features available today.

  • The current security posture of every property, entity, and system in the program
  • The access register, with who holds what and on what basis
  • Assessment findings, remediation status, and the record of decisions taken
  • Documents and credentials held under defined access rather than shared informally
  • Escalation paths and procedures, reachable by the people who would execute them
