Development-Status Disclosures
What Protocol has built, what it is building, and what it does not hold — stated in one place so that nothing on this website needs correcting in conversation.
This page is the reference point for every status label on this website. Where any other page and this page appear to disagree, this page is correct.
01
Why this page exists
Protocol describes a broad set of capabilities across security systems, technology, intelligence, operations, and future advanced systems. Much of it is under development.
This page states the position in one place so that a reader — an investor, a partner, a contracting officer, or a prospective client — can establish what is true without a conversation correcting the website.
02
What Protocol engages today
Advisory and program work is engaged on a per-client basis following an initial conversation. That covers assessment, security architecture, integration design, vendor specification and oversight, intelligence and analysis, and continued program management.
This work is delivered by people and process. It does not depend on any of the products described on this website, none of which has shipped.
03
What is in development
The eight products described under Products are in development. Each product page describes design intent and the functions being built rather than delivered capability, and each carries a status label.
Client Access, the secure environment for engaged clients, is in development. There is no sign-in today and Protocol will not request credentials by email.
04
What Protocol does not hold
Protocol states the following plainly, and no page on this website should be read as implying otherwise:
- No federal, state, or local government contract awards
- No contract vehicles and no agency customers
- No active personnel clearances and no facility clearances
- No deployed or fielded government systems
- No manufacturing, export-control, or firearms licenses of any kind
- No delivered engagements to reference and no named clients
- No third-party certifications or audit reports
- No published metrics of any kind — no revenue, headcount, client, uptime, or incident figures appear on this website
05
Government and public-sector work
Protocol is building the capabilities required to support future government, public-safety, and critical-infrastructure programs. This is a stated direction under active development.
Protocol is seeking strategic partnerships, subcontracting relationships, acquisition opportunities, and experienced operators and advisers. Its near-term path is as a technology and integration subcontractor to established primes, building a delivery record deliberately rather than asserting one.
06
Advanced Systems
Advanced Systems is a long-term corporate initiative, not a product line. Nothing in that area is currently offered, produced, or contracted.
Over time, Protocol intends to evaluate opportunities in regulated defense and protective-system manufacturing through disciplined internal development, partnerships, and acquisitions. Any future activity will be conducted through appropriately structured, licensed, and compliant operating entities.
This website publishes no weapon specifications, no construction or modification detail, no tactical or operational guidance, and no ballistics figures. It describes a corporate strategy and nothing that would be useful to someone building or employing a weapon.
07
Illustrative material
Scenarios and project types on this website are constructed illustrations of common situations. They are labeled as illustrative wherever they appear. No client engagement is described anywhere on this site, and no client is named.
Interface panels on the product pages are abstract studies drawn from each product's own function names. They are labeled as concepts. They are not screenshots and they represent no data.
08
Forward-looking statements
Statements about what Protocol intends, plans, or is building are forward-looking. They reflect current intent and are subject to change. They are not commitments, and nothing on this website is an offer of securities or investment advice.
09
Corrections
If any statement on this website reads as a claim Protocol has not earned, Protocol wants to know. Write through the contact form and the sentence will be corrected or removed.
